Clients wishing to arrange a meeting are welcome to contact me with their preferred date, duration, and location. Accommodation and travel expenses are the responsibility of the host.
Availability is limited and invitations are accepted at my discretion.
Given the image and your brand positioning, I would avoid discussing rates in the description itself. Put your starting donation separately, for example:
